This is a very avant-garde artwork. It shows, through the penis on Dolly, that this woman can do anything that a man can. She is from the south, so she probably has the strength to climb your tree or take care of cattle. It shows her masculinity, (no not in a literal way, jeez) but that she has taken many attacks (metaphorically speaking) and yet rose above, and fought and has been in many battles which she has strongly withstood. IRL Dolly Parton (Hope I spelled her last name right) has in fact been through many battles, and had problems but she took care of her problems, the same way a strong man would, head on. The breasts, on the other hand, display her femininity.
Truly an inspiring art.

worth noting is that the dick and boobs are done with glow in the dark paint, symbolizing the glowing-ness of intense masculinity/femininity and whatnot 2damax
