When I was young I ate many different foods in good portions in Bulgaria. Bulgaria was poor during my childhood but most people could afford food. There's one thing I forgot to mention in my book. My father and I had purchased a bulky bag of peanuts.
I spoke with him in winter later and told him that I think in responsible quantities fat evenly distributed all over the body can be healthy. That the peanuts during childhood made me feel warmer in winter (in my hands specifically). I added that people should be responsible and choose the right kind. A bag of chips is unhealthy. Animal fat in larger quantities interferes with memories. Yet healthy fat from nuts can be good for us both in colder climates and when eaten right after summer regularly. That God has given us all the foods we need to succeed in many countries.
He told me not to tell anyone about this. Sometimes he was selfish. Yet people do their best when they can to do good things for the population, even more so in the US than in other countries. I was at a healthy weight during my childhood before I gained a bit more much later and then lost weight as an adult from loneliness. Yet I can give you this advice.
The US has something that provides more warmth than peanuts do during winter... cashews. :)
You're welcome. The final thing I can say is that you should not eat artificial fat such as from oil or butter and instead rely on natural fat found in nuts pre-winter. I guess it could help people worldwide.
People might think this is intelligent, maybe not, yet the final thing I can say is that simply wearing heavier clothing can be harmful to the heart in small amounts over the decades. We don't notice it but it's there. And there are other problems. When wearing a puffy coat it's difficult to put your bookbag over you and things. If you decide to take my advice -various nuts have a nearly even distribution of fat and protein in them -so you will not gain weight from eating a good portion of them from time to time. They aren't expensive either and I think we should invest in our quality of life.
I don't believe there's anything wrong with this post. And that I should be honest and share it to help others.
