It's strange how sometimes you can find the most free solution to a small problem in a city just by looking at things.


If you see someone smoking and are riding a bike on the bike path there is one simple thing you can do. Stop pressing the pedals. The bike has momentum and you are relieved of exercising with less oxygen in the area. A person did this just now while riding his bike.
