Memory of exercise in Bulgaria

Aside from what I wrote before about my inner strength, even though I've lost weight, that I had in High School, there is one other reason I had this.

A long time ago my father got me a 20 pound dumbbell, and for a while I decided I should learn proper form before lifting it.

I very rarely lifted it and stopped, but I did something else, which may have been ingenious, but simple.

All you would need to do this is 2, lighter dumbbells. It's a basic movement.

You keep the weights in your hands with your arms downward at your sides, then rotate them outward not all the way.

Rotate your hands innerward while holding them.

To explain this in a way everyone can understand it. Let's say your hands were open down at your sides and you were looking in a mirror. You would see your palms. Rotate your arms and your palms are inwards facing the inner sides of your body. Now. Do that while gripping two 5? pound dumbbells.

It's something no one has done before, so after doing it for a few minutes, men realize how weak our arms really are... You aren't raising your arms but your forearms do all the work and you feel it within a few minutes.

They get stronger with time.

A discord user commented originally when I said this and I thought it was interesting so I have been quoting it repeatedly...

A while ago, since I have a black and blue inside out birthmark on the back of my forearm I went to a tattoo artist and asked him in theory that when people have something that looks ugly maybe another person doesn't want to ruin it, so maybe I would have strong arms. (Typo from remembering the memory incorrectly, corrected.)

I spoke with my father and showed him the birthmark, he said I would have very strong forearms; both from that one spot, but weak biceps.
